Annie Secrest is the energy and water coordinator at the County of San Luis Obispo. In this role, she manages energy efficiency and distributed energy resource projects from conception all the way through construction. She also works on implementing sustainability initiatives at municipal facilities. Prior to her role on the Central Coast, she was a project manager at The Energy Coalition. Her role there consisted of managing energy efficiency projects for public sector clients of the Southern California Regional Energy Network. She has a master’s degree in environmental science from California State University, Fullerton and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and policy from California State University, Long Beach.
