J.Paul Harrington is the Program Director for Solano Economic Development Corporation (EDC). Prior to joining the EDC Team in 2014, J.Paul leveraged his 15 plus years’ experience leading and developing sales teams as a general sales manager and finance director in the auto industry. Following his entrepreneurial spirit, in 2001, he launched several successful small businesses in Solano County. He continues to demonstrate his passion for small businesses through the efforts of Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BAYREN) and previous Solano Energy Watch program. When not spending time with his wife Nichelle and daughter Maxie; you’ll find J.Paul cycling the backroads of Solano County.
