Patricia Terry is a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA) and manages the administrative and regulatory side of the Northern California Rural Regional Energy Network (NREN). The NREN portfolio includes programs across 17 rural and underserved counties in Northern California and is a partnership of RCEA, Sierra Business Council, Lake Area Planning Council, and Mendocino Coalition of Governments. Patricia has been with RCEA since 2011 and has worked primarily on securing funding for and managing energy efficiency, decarbonization, and renewable energy projects for local governments and K-12 Schools in Humboldt County. She strives to bring equitable services to rural, geographically isolated communities and bring their often-unique voice to the sustainable energy conversation. In her personal life, she enjoys hobby homesteading, cycling, and being a swim team mom.
